Kayla has been living on the Central Coast for 4 years and during this time she has explored much of the region and fallen in love with the rugged scenery. She believes that hiking should be accessible to everyone who has a keen interest in it and wants to share the great outdoors with everyone. With the help of friends she has made in the hiking community she has endeavoured to find new hikes and hidden gems in the region to many of which have remained off the internet. She has created this guide to help those new to hiking and exploring find some of the most beautiful places on the Central Coast.

1. Been exposed to unusually humid/hot/dry conditions on the journey to you.

To remedy this, we recommend that you store your book in a warm, ventilated spot (humidity ideally at 40-45%), laid flat with something heavy placed on top for 4-5 days, to allow it to adjust naturally to its new environment.
